As a first-time pet owner, I was quite nervous about taking my kitten for her initial check-up. Thankfully, my experience here was fantastic! The staff greeted us with warm smiles and provided a calming environment, which helped ease my nerves. Dr. Graef was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure to explain everything in a way that I could understand. He even gave me some great tips for kitten care that I had never considered before! My only complaint would be the wait time; we had to sit for about 30 minutes past our appointment time. However, I could see that the team was busy tending to other pets with the same level of care. I left feeling confident and reassured about my kitten's health, and I’ll definitely be returning for her vaccinations!

The care my dog received here was excellent! From the friendly front desk to the knowledgeable vet techs, everyone was helpful and attentive. Dr. Graef was thorough in his examination and really took time to explain each aspect of the process to me. I felt like I was in good hands. The only downside was the wait — I ended up waiting longer than expected for our appointment, which was a bit frustrating as I had other plans that day. Nevertheless, once we got in, the service was well worth it. I left feeling more informed about my dog's health and with a solid plan for future care. I’d definitely recommend this place to other pet owners, and I plan to return for my dog’s next check-up!

I cannot speak highly enough about the care my dog, Bella, received from the veterinarian here! From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making both Bella and me feel right at home. Dr. Graef took the time to explain every step of Bella's check-up, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. It's clear he genuinely cares for the animals he treats. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus in my book. I appreciated that they have a separate waiting area for cats, as my feline friend tends to get quite anxious around dogs. The only suggestion I have would be to improve their appointment scheduling — it took a while to get in, but I believe it’s because they’re so popular! Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend this practice; they are doing fantastic work for our furry companions!

I had a very positive experience with my two cats here! The clinic is bright and cheerful, and the staff were super friendly. Dr. Graef was fantastic — he was patient with my questions and really took time to ensure my fur babies were comfortable during their visit. I particularly appreciated how he discussed preventive care, which is so important for keeping our pets healthy. One small note: I found the pricing slightly on the higher side compared to some other places I’ve visited, but I believe the level of care justifies it. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for excellent veterinary care; it truly feels like a safe haven for our pets!

I brought my senior dog, Max, for a routine check-up and was very impressed with the service we received. The staff was friendly and attentive from the start, which made a big difference as Max can be a bit grumpy at times. Dr. Graef was gentle and took his time examining Max, which reassured me that he really understands older dogs. It was comforting to hear about the options available for managing Max’s arthritis. The office was also well-equipped, with all the necessary equipment for thorough examinations. I did feel like the waiting room could use a few more comfortable chairs, as it was quite packed during our visit. Still, the overall experience was wonderful, and I will happily recommend this place to other pet owners looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable veterinarian!
